The time of entry to the apartment is from 3 pm on the agreed day.
The departure time from the apartment is before 11 am on the agreed day.
During the stay
If the clients had to leave the house, for any circumstance, before the previously contracted date, they will not be entitled to a total or partial refund of the amount paid.
Casa Bergua has Complaints Sheets available to customers, in accordance with current regulations, so that they can record their complaints.
The facilities will be kept in perfect use, as they have been delivered, not being able to move neither furniture, nor electrical appliances, nor equipment from their original place. If there is any breakdown or breakage, the owners of the house will be notified in the shortest possible time.
The tranquility of the place must be respected, avoiding causing inconvenience to the residents of the town. The apartments are not rented for parties, bachelor parties or the like. The use of karaoke and amplifiers is not allowed. In case of non-compliance, the owners reserve the right to vacate the house.
In compliance with current legislation, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Security
Clients are responsible for keeping the apartment properly closed in their absence, avoiding the entry of outside personnel.
The accommodation will be exclusively occupied by registered persons. Therefore, it is completely forbidden to host people who are not registered. The apartment and its facilities are for the exclusive use of people who are staying, so invitations are not allowed.
Cleaning
The apartment will be delivered completely clean and no cleaning will be done for the duration of the stay. When leaving, clients must leave the apartment clean.
The common areas must be respected and cared for as well as the apartments.
If the stay in the apartment is longer than 7 days (6 nights), a change of bed linen and bath linen will be made.
Complete equipment for the kitchen will be provided: crockery, kitchenware, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. They must be left clean and correctly placed, each one in its corresponding place.
Deposit garbage, containers, glass and paper, in the relevant containers located in the town.
Do not throw down the drain: oils, plastics, food scraps, etc.
A cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged for non-compliance with the cleaning and maintenance regulations.
